Tonight Blood Moon over Newmarket. First time I've ever attempted trying to capture the moon. I normally do horses and dogs! Can I please ask people not to screenshot photos to use on social media?  I'm decidated to what I do, and I spend the one day off I get every week to drive to different shows all over the UK, and I spend hours editing and uploading well after the show. 

The last few shows a lot of people come up to me and ask me about photos, i receive emails when I get home, but once the photos are up very few people seem to actually buy.

 I know with todays economy it's hard, but i am trying to slowly make a living out of this too. My prices are reasonable. 5£ for a low resolution image which is perfect for social media. 8£ for medium. 10 for original. I do deals as well.  And when people want to purchase 20 or more, I've done deals on the side so everyone can enjoy them. 

Seeing this like this make me very sad as I put a lot into my photography. PLEASE, out of respect, don't screenshot  from photographer. We all work hard! We all try to provide you with memories. Don't minimise the work and effort we put in!

I did a little sneaky mini photoshoot at my last Dressage show, just for fun as I saw this couple having a few moments with their two dogs. Any opportunity is good practice. They didn't ens up buying any, but I am still super please with the results! It was a long Sunday but was lovely watching all the horses show off their strut as they took the arena at West Anglia College Equestrian Center.

Frustration was rising as the Sunday went on with the low light and the sun slowly starting to set. But as I was shivering and thinking of that lovely cup of coffee waiting for me, I saw a small ray of light come through the entrance of the arena and tried to capture something different for the riders.

I was very fortunate to see some red kites in Wales on our Christmas stay. Not an easy object to try and take pictures off, and my longest lense is only 400mm! But I'm super pleased with these, especially as there was no sunlight either and these two were swooping right left and center!
